The unit worked for three months, then nothing?
I kept all paper work and vocopro sent me a
new unit and they shiped it for free.
the new one is working great so far.
This player is not worth the money

After I plugged it in, power on, try the eject button, it won't open the disk tray. Got the remote control and inserted the batteries (included) the remote can only put the player to "sleep" mode, can't open disk tray. I tried to use player button again, still not working, tried to power cycle several times, now the tray is open, put a karaoke disk in it and tried to push it close, it won't close (normal DVD / CD player will work if you push the tray in). Use the remote tried to eject/open, it won't open, power cycle (power off/on) couple more times, the tray open. Phew! thought I lost the disk.
Remote control still not working with menu/set up, so there is no set up could be done.
Re-packing it and sent it back.
